How do I cancel my Virgin Media subscription?

Virgin Media requests that you cancel your subscription by sending a letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Virgin Media customer service. Please ensure that you send your cancellation letter to the address shown at the top left of your Virgin Media cancellation letter.

To receive your cancellation letter quickly, simply choose the Virgin Media service you wish to cancel and fill out all the information related to your Virgin Media subscription. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive your Virgin Media cancellation letter by email!

How do I return my Virgin TV, internet or telephone equipment?

When you decide to terminate your Virgin contract, you must return the equipment that was loaned to you when you signed your contract. If you return Virgin equipment in poor condition or if you do not return it, Virgin may sanction you.

Virgin will send you a prepaid postage package so you can return your equipment easily.
